Pendleton Grand Opening Photo Release

By participating in the Pendleton Woolen Mills Grand Opening photo experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily consent to being photographed by Boop Club/Reed Alyson Photography during the Pendleton Woolen Mills Grand Opening.

• You understand that your photographs will be delivered in a shared online gallery containing photographs of all participants. By participating, you acknowledge that other participants will be able to view your photographs, just as you will be able to view theirs.

• You grant Boop Club, Reed Alyson Photography, and Pendleton Woolen Mills permission to use photographs from this event featuring you and members of your party for lawful promotional purposes, including social media, websites, marketing materials, portfolios, and press coverage.

• If minor children are included in your photographs, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian or otherwise have the authority to grant permission on their behalf.

• You understand that the photographs may be edited in keeping with the photographer's artistic style and may be used without additional approval or compensation.

• You're welcome to download, print, and share your photographs for personal use. Any commercial use, including advertising, marketing, resale, or promoting a business, organization, or product, requires prior written permission from Boop Club/Reed Alyson Photography.
